My Story

I didn't play sports much when I was growing up. In fact, my first organized team sport was rugby. I was propelled into the world of contact sports. To stay safe and competitive required regular lifting, sprinting, stretching, and attention to nutrition. This is a tough road for anyone, especially if you're a novice. Still, I wouldn't change much -- I learned a ton and have a deeper appreciation for fitness and health than most people around me.

Why I Started This Site

This is a site for those of you who want to get better. Whether you are in constant pain and are looking for simple solutions at home or you are a trainer who is tired of doing what everyone else is doing. I started this site to help you think outside of the box and to help you get in touch and keep in touch with your body for the long run.
